Mitch helping on day one of demolition notice the counter top - reminds me of an old malt shop. Stove was cool tho. yep. they stopped making this stove in 1965. the burners pulled out, and the broiler was separate - on the right.

the wall to the backyard. This is the sink wall, once the new sheetrock is up. Lots of new electrical outlets!! The window was covered with plastic while the texturing of the walls was done. We tore the floor off - down to the cement slab.

Woo-Hoo!!!! THE FIRST NEW CABINET COMES IN!!!!! Here's Andy....AKA Gipetto...Andy made these cabinets - beautiful!!! Andy, Ted, and Mitch installing the over-the-sink cabinets Ted and Andy. Wow! the kitchen starts to form!

wow this is great. beautiful cabinetry, and new over the range microwave. No more cart!! The new floor Jim and Ted getting the EXACT measurements. Hey hey! there's the dishwasher. Andy measures to cut the sink hole.

they tie in the colors - Honey Oak cabinets, and Toasted Cashew wall color. The hole for the sink was cut perfectly! They were saying "hurry up and take the picture, Karen!" :-) I LOVE IT!!!

This is caption 49 Is this really the same kitchen?? How lucky am I to have friends like these!!! There is WONDERFUL under cabinet lighting too, not sure if it shows on film. you can't even believe this is the same kitchen!

You can kind of see here that the under cabinet lights are on. They're great! The new back door. One of Mocha's favorite lookout spots lately. This is caption 55
